7ven's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. All returns must have a valid authorization number.
We will be glad to assist you in return, email us at Info.firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product you will like to return. Email us in regards to any return problem and we will be glad to assist you.
All shipping cost are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
All merchandise marked as "Sale Items" cannot be returned.
Items that cannot be returned: hats, bodysuits, accessories.

Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase and authorization number from email
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order number on the outside of the package.
